Built for facilities working with combustible metal dust, each table uses a water-based filtration process to capture particulate at the source—protecting workers and equipment while helping you meet NFPA 660 combustible dust standards.
How It Works
Airborne dust and sparks generated during grinding and finishing are drawn directly into a water bath, where combustible particulates—including aluminum, titanium, and magnesium dust—are instantly trapped and extinguished. This eliminates the fire and explosion risk associated with dry collection methods and keeps hazardous particles out of the operator’s breathing zone.
Optional upgrades include side and back containment walls, an integrated light kit, and a HEPA after-filter for additional air quality control.
